What to Expect During Your Whitening Session
Your whitening treatment at Bronze by Design is simple and comfortable.
During your appointment:

We prepare your teeth for the whitening treatment.

The Sunna Smile whitening gel is applied.

The cool blue LED light activates the gel and lifts stains from your teeth.
Most appointments take about 60 minutes, and clients typically see multiple shades of improvement after one session.
We will take care of the preparation during your visit, but you are welcome to brush your teeth before your appointment.
To help protect your gums, we recommend skipping floss before your session if you do not floss daily, as flossing may irritate the gums right before treatment.
What to Expect After Whitening
Some temporary effects are normal after teeth whitening.
White Spots on Teeth
You may notice temporary white spots on certain areas of your teeth immediately after whitening. These are usually caused by calcium deposits or naturally porous enamel.
This is normal and typically disappears within 24 hours as the teeth rehydrate.
White Spots on Gums
If there were small scrapes or irritation on the gums, you may notice temporary white spots or mild sensitivity during or after your session. This usually resolves within 24 hours.
Tooth Sensitivity
A small percentage of people may experience minor tooth sensitivity after whitening. This sensitivity usually fades within about 30 minutes.
If sensitivity persists, using a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth may help.
